1. How can I book a ticket on Ourbus?

OurBus offers two methods to reserve a ticket: through our website and by downloading our app to your phone.

2. Can I get a student discount on OurBus?

OurBus offers several student discounts.  The best choice is to take advantage of early bird bargains on our college break itineraries.

3. How do I postpone or cancel my ticket?

You may postpone or cancel your tickets using our app or website.  In case of any questions, please contact our customer service representatives.

4. What facilities are provided onboard OurBus?

When you travel with us, you will have access to a range of amenities, such as free WiFi, charging stations, and comfortable seats.

5. Is it possible to carry more luggage?

Each ticket purchased entitles the traveler to one piece of free baggage.   Additional luggage is $30 per item and must be prepaid. This only applies to bags and other goods stowed in the baggage compartment.   Smaller objects, such as baggage that may fit on a traveler's lap, are not counted.   Yes, but the cost will increase.  We charge $30 for every additional item of baggage.

6. Is there a group discount available for OurBus?

Yes, OurBus offers group discounts to students traveling from the University of New Hampshire in groups of ten or more.

7. Is OurBus restricted to University of New Hampshire students? Do I need a student ID?

While college students make up most travelers on these college break routes, you do not have to be a current student to use OurBus services. We welcome passengers from the surrounding community, including students' relatives and family members, instructors, university workers and others seeking a convenient form of transportation.

8. Could you please add a bus to my hometown?

The majority of our college break routes were created in response to ideas from students and parents. 9. Will there be any food or bathroom stops along the way?

The driver determines when to take rest stops during the journey. Typically, excursions of less than four hours do not include a break. Longer trips of 5 hours or more typically involve a stop halfway through for passengers to use the lavatory or get a quick bite. It's usually a good idea to bring a snack because food options at rest stops might be limited and breaks are quick.

10. The schedule does not align with my examinations at the University of New Hampshire.  Can you arrange for earlier transport during test time?

At some colleges, students leave campus on different days based on their test schedule after the semester. We occasionally run buses on many days, however certain routes may not have enough riders to justify this. To convey your desired travel date, please email pr@ourbus.com or upvote the trip.
