The finding is the tight band. Every corridor lands between $0.08 and $0.11 per mile, even though the trips range from 95 to 260 miles. In other words, a long OurBus trip is not disproportionately expensive — it is priced almost linearly, which is unusual. Frequency is what varies instead, and that is the number worth checking before you book. Philadelphia runs 19 to 20 times a day, so a missed departure usually costs you under an hour. In contrast, Syracuse runs 3 to 4 times a day, where the same mistake can cost you several hours.
