Transportation:

 

DART, or Dallas Area Rapid Transport, will get you almost anywhere in Dallas. As the city is pretty big, it is best to use public transport or a car. The bus network is pretty extensive and therefore will take you to most of your destinations.

 

A single fare is $2.50, while an all-day pass is $6.00. If you?re traveling within two hours, then the two-hour pass is the best choice. This pass is $3.00.

 

Nightlife:

 

  • Inwood Tavern: This is Dallas? oldest continuously used tavern. Opened in 1964, this tavern offers amazing Texas BBQ, craft beer, and a night full of fun and entertainment.
  • Uptown: Along with amazing restaurants, this area offers an array of cocktail bars and draft houses. Check out McKinney Avenue for an amazing night out.
