OurBus, Inc., neither owns nor controls any of these third-party motor carriers. OurBus, Inc., is not a motor carrier, and OurBus, Inc., does not transport any passengers. OurBus, Inc., serves only as sales agent and assumes no responsibility or liability of any kind for the services offered or provided by the motor carriers with which it arranges for the transportation of passengers. The specific motor carriers with which OurBus, Inc., arranges transportation, and their respective USDOT and MC numbers, are identified with the schedules shown in this website. The specific motor carriers utilized, and the particular routes traveled by those motor carriers, are subject to change, without notice, and as circumstances warrant. Except as set forth herein, transportation provided by these motor carriers of passengers is subject exclusively to their own terms and conditions governing the carriage of passengers. Passengers should contact the motor carriers directly for their terms and conditions. All prices are shown in United States dollars. Fares may vary by reservation date, day of travel, and demand for seats, and are inclusive of all applicable taxes, if any. OurBus, Inc., reserves the right to impose additional charges.

If you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before the departure time, OurBus, Inc., will issue a full ticket refund. You can cancel the reservation by logging in to the OurBus website and finding the reservation under "my passes." Here, you will find the option to cancel your reservation. Allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund. If you wish to cancel a reservation within 24 hours of the departure time, the reservation is not eligible for a refund.

Reservations cannot be changed or modified directly. If you wish to travel at a different time, then make a new reservation for your desired departure date and time. Next, purchase a ticket for the new reservation, and thereafter e-mail a copy of both your original and the new ticket to pr@ourbus.com.com. OurBus, Inc., will then cancel your old reservation and will issue a full ticket refund. Allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund.

You must be 15 years of age or over to make reservations. The motor carriers with which OurBus, Inc., arranges transportation require that all children under 15 years of age must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years of age or over, when traveling on their motorcoaches. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm you are at least the age of 15 and that any passenger under age 15 will be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or over.

When your reservation has been completed, and a ticket has been purchased, OurBus, Inc., will issue to you, by e-mail, a ticket valid for transportation via the specified motor carrier of passengers. It is your responsibility to check that the ticket issued to you is accurate. OurBus, Inc., is only responsible for issuing the ticket in accordance with your request made on this website. Tickets are only valid on the trip stated thereon. All passengers are required to have a ticket, regardless of age. Passengers are required to present a valid ticket, as provided at the time of purchase, when boarding a motorcoach.

You are required to be at the departure point at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Neither OurBus, Inc., nor motor carriers will be liable for delays caused by accidents, breakdowns, bad conditions of the road, storms, and other conditions beyond the control of the motor carrier. Motor carriers do not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point as a specific time. The time of arrival at and departure from any point shown in published time schedules is the schedule the motor carrier tries to maintain, but is not guaranteed. If a motor carrier fails to provide transportation, then OurBus, Inc., shall make a full ticket refund. Motor carriers will make a reasonable effort to provide WiFi services and other amenities available free of charge to every passenger, but if the WiFi service or other amenity is unavailable then no refund will be issued.

Motor carriers do not check baggage. For passenger convenience, baggage may be transported in the baggage compartments of motorcoaches. Motor carriers allow one bag to be transported in the baggage compartment of the motorcoach, and one bag to be carried onboard with the passenger, without charge. Additional baggage may be loaded only as space allows, and may otherwise be refused. It is advised to purchase another ticket in the event that you want to carry extra baggage which ensures that you have additional space reserved for your baggage. All baggage must be properly identified with the name and address to which the bag may be sent in the event of a loss, and the owner's complete name and address must be inside. Neither OurBus, Inc., nor motor carriers will accept any liability for unchecked baggage.

There is no guarantee that bicycles will be accepted on continuing or connecting motorcoaches.

If you have special requirements for your travel, including use of a wheelchair or mobility device, motor carriers request the favor of 48-hour advance notification, by e-mail at pr@ourbus.com, so that any preparations required for your travel can be readied before your arrival; however, advance notification is not mandatory. In your e-mail message, include information about the accommodations that your travel may require. Motor carriers request that you arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes prior to departure; however, advance arrival is not mandatory. Motor carriers use wheelchair lifts that are able to carry mobility devices that do not exceed 30 inches by 48 inches, and which weigh, when occupied, no more than 600 pounds.

Motor carriers do not transport animals, with the exception of service animals that have been individually trained to work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. Animals that only provide emotional support or comfort are not service animals. Service animals must remain under the control of the passenger at all times, but need not be harnessed.

Regulations of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration require motor carriers to prohibit smoking, including the carrying of lit cigars, cigarettes, and pipes, on vehicles transporting passengers in scheduled service in interstate commerce.
