How long is the offer valid?

The discount is valid on all bus bookings made now through the end of the year (12/31/21), for travel between now and February 28, 2022.

How can I redeem the offer?

Use promo code THANKS21 at checkout and book your ride with your work email address. Alternatively, in order to verify your employment, you may send us a copy of your work identification card along with your OurBus booking number to pr@ourbus.com.

What do I do with my original ticket?

Tickets cannot be modified, we request you to purchase a new ticket to Ithaka for your desired departure date and time, to ensure that your seat on the bus is reserved. Thereafter, please e-mail us a copy of your original and new ticket to pr@ourbus.com and we can cancel your old ticket for a full refund. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund.
