You can book a charter through OurBus by contacting our team through our website or by calling our customer service hotline - 747-236-6916.
Both OurBus and the bus companies it engages have flexible cancellation policies that lets you cancel or reschedule your charter trip up to 15 days before the scheduled trip date. Charges may apply for cancellations made less than 15 days of the scheduled trip date. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
You can cancel your trip in writing to our team at charters@ourbus.com. OurBus will then contact the charter bus company and request cancellation on your behalf. The trip doesn't cancel until a confirmation is received in writing from our team.
Pay through our secured link. We accept all major credit/debit cards along with check and wire transfer.
You can cancel your trip without incurring any charges up to 15 days before the scheduled trip date. Any cancelation made within 15 days of the scheduled trip date incurs a full cancelation charge.
