Both OurBus and the bus companies it engages have flexible cancelation policies that lets you cancel or reschedule your charter trip up to 15 days before the scheduled trip date. Charges may apply for cancelations made less than 15 days of the scheduled trip date. Please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.

You can cancel your trip in writing to our team at charters@ourbus.com. OurBus will then contact the charter bus company and request cancelation on your behalf. The trip doesn't cancel until a confirmation is received in writing from our team.
